We're Hiring: Part-Time Administrative Assistant

I am so excited to share with you that we are hiring! We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of this position include providing support to the company and managing general administrative activities. Candidates must be available 15 hours a week. Position remote or based in Los Angeles, CA. Compensation is dependent upon past experience. Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule client sessions and meeting

  • Manage daily calendar, to-do list, and projects

  • Record sessions and prepare documentation for clients

  • Manage booking and inputting questionnaire on Acuity

  • Write and distribute emails, surveys and forms

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  • Book travel arrangements when necessary

  • Create invoices and contracts

  • Website Updates on SquareSpace when needed

  • Uploading content to YouTube

  • Customer relations on social media

Requirements:

  • Self-starter and proactive

  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant

  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Calendar, Dropbox, Squarespace, Mailchimp, Acuity

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability the multi-task
